Prior to coming to MIT in 2015, he taught at Brown University, Williams College, Harvard University, Harvard Beijing Academy and Duke’s summer program in Beijing. He has also been working on reading materials development for heritage learners. Another aspect of his research is on methods and effectiveness of incorporating multimedia tools in the teaching of Chinese.
